What if one of the co-borrowers passes away or must move out for health reasons?

Scared to Death I am a 67-year-old widow who had found herself all alone in this process and frankly I was scared to death. However, after speaking with Larry he was very understanding in my situation  and worked very hard to explain things to me and to be patient with me and they were truly  compassionate in my journey

Larry Was Outstanding & Patient Larry was outstanding and patient in his help. Over the phone, he took me page by page in filling out the forms, a task that otherwise would have been daunting. He answered all my questions with kindness and courtesy. He made the reverse mortgage happen. I could not have done it without his help. He is the best!
