Larry was sooo patient and guided me through the whole process. My circumstances were more complicated than usual and when I would get frustrated Larry spoke to me in a calming voice and explained that it was part of the process of obtaining approval. Thank you Larry

Great Job Explaining the Details Larry, who was the lead on the reverse mortgage program, was great in explaining what all was in involved up front in the process. He also did a great job in explaining the details and meaning of all the steps in terms that I could clearly understand.

Larry Truly Cares About Those He Helps From our first meeting we felt at ease. Larry is definitely knowledgeable with the reverse mortgage and he helped us to understand what went on with each step of the process. He was patient, a good listener, and took his time to explain issues in a way we understood. In the end we felt confident we had made the right decision and had chosen the right person to guide us. Personal comfort and re-assurance My representative was Larry McAnarny, who was very concerned that I understood everything necessary to apply for a reverse mortgage. He was there for me the whole step of the way to advise me or help me make a decision. Larry gave me the good and bad specifics and I had to make all the decisions. Regardless of how unimportant I thought my questions were, or how often I contacted,Larry, he assured me that they were valid, and gave me his time to clarify and answer my questions. I am happy and feel very secure and comfortable with the counseling I received I HIGHLY recommend Larry with 10+ rating from me.
