Larry is the Best Lender Larry McAnarney is the best lender I have worked with in a very long time. I am a realtor and was in escrow with a lender that kept making errors. I found Larry and he got everything done, explained the details, and was on top of everything. He anticipated every need before it came up. I think what he provides in the stressful home purchase process is peace of mind.

Larry is the Best!! I was referred to Larry and could not be happier for the result. I had a unique circumstance, I was just out of bankruptcy and I had to save my house from foreclosure. I just got in under the time to qualify from the better limits under the old rules for a larger line of credit. Because my bankruptcy estate was not fully complete I had to get a court order from the bankruptcy judge to remove my house from my bankruptcy estate. With a time limit of 12/31/13 to close the financing, which I had to have to pay off the amount due to get out of foreclosure. Once I had the court order, Larry did a miracle in getting the paper work complete to close. I ended up closing the reverse mortgage on 12/31/13 at 12:30 pm, just 4.5 hours left in the year to close the deal! Larry saved my house and life. I can never express the amount of gratitude I have for his great service. THANK YOU LARRY!!!!!

Thank You, Larry! Larry McAnarney is our reverse mortgage loan specialist. He did an excellent job of explaining the reverse mortgage programs, the process, requirements, how the monies would be accessed if approved. He followed up with me multiple times before I made the decision to proceed which I really appreciated. He assisted me in wading through all of the requirements in the application process. He was always available for a question either by email or phone. He was always encouraging and optimistic about our chances for success. He was helpful and very clear as to all the documents I needed to prepare and always allowed me a reasonable amount of time to comply. As our house is in trust there were further "hoops to jump through." Larry truly went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf with the underwriters. I have no doubt that his extra hard work won the approval of our reverse mortgage. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He has my thanks!
